Mobile Massage Service Terms of Service

Scope of Service

  • Our services are provided at designated locations within Tokyo (home, hotel, office, etc.).
  • The designated location must not violate public order and morals and must be a safe place.

Reservation

  • All services require an advance reservation.
  • Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or by email.
  • Please provide the desired service date and time, location, type of massage, and contact information when making a reservation.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or changes can be made up to 24 hours before the appointment time.
  • Cancellations or changes made after this deadline may incur a cancellation fee (50%).
  • If the reservation is canceled up to 24 hours before the appointment, the full amount paid will be refunded. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and no fees will be charged for the refund. However, if canceled after the deadline, a cancellation fee (50%) may apply.
  • For reservation changes, please notify us at least two days before the appointment if possible. There will be no additional charge if the change is possible, but the change may result in new service charges.
  • All payments and refunds are subject to our terms and conditions.

Fees and Payments

  • Service fees are predetermined based on the type, duration, and location of the massage. All fees will be clearly communicated to the client before service provision via the official website, phone, or email.
  • Payment must be completed before service provision. Clients can pay using cash, credit card, or a designated electronic payment method.
  • Upon payment confirmation, clients will receive a reservation confirmation notification that includes details of the service, total amount, and confirmation of payment completion.

Massage Therapists

  • All massage therapists possess the appropriate qualifications and experience.
  • Clients must treat massage therapists with respect.

Prohibited Actions

  • Requesting sexual services or suggesting sexual acts.
  • Violent, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior towards massage therapists.
  • Use of drugs, alcohol, or accepting services while intoxicated.
  • Engaging in illegal activities or possessing illegal substances.
  • Violating privacy or prohibiting photography and recording.
  • Actions that could lead to fire, accidents, or other dangers.
  • Behavior that threatens the safety of other clients or massage therapists.
  • Intentional damage or harm to our equipment, facilities, or items.
  • Unreasonable interruption or hindrance during service provision.
  • Requesting changes or extensions to services without prior consent.
  • Conduct or speech that violates public morals.

These terms are set to ensure the safety and comfort of both the service provider and clients. All clients must agree to and abide by these terms.

Disclaimer

  • Clients are recommended to fully disclose their health conditions before receiving a massage session and obtain permission from a doctor if necessary, especially if pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or having chronic health issues.
  • We are not responsible for any health problems or injuries that may arise from receiving massage therapy. We are also not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect health information provided by the client.
  • Our massage therapists are not medical practitioners and do not have the qualifications to provide medical diagnosis or treatment. The services provided are not considered medical procedures.
  • Clients acknowledge that they are participating voluntarily and assume all risks by using our services.
  • We are not responsible for the loss or damage of clients’ valuables or personal items. Clients are responsible for managing their personal items.
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from services interrupted or canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, public health crises, etc.).
  • Claims regarding the quality of service must be reported within 24 hours after service provision. Issues reported later may be limited in response or ignored.
  • This disclaimer forms part of the essential contractual conditions for using our services. By using our services, clients are considered to have agreed to these disclaimers.

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • We strictly protect all personal information provided by clients and respect their privacy.
  • Clients' personal information is used only for service provision and, except as required by law, will not be disclosed or sold to third parties.
  • Clients' personal data is stored securely in an environment with security measures.
  • We strive to keep clients' information up-to-date, but clients also have the responsibility to maintain the accuracy of their personal information.
  • Clients must ensure that the information provided during service booking or subsequent communication is true and accurate.
  • We will notify clients in an appropriate manner if there are changes to our privacy policy.
